As Senior Digital & Design Manager, I led the strategic redevelopment of SPW.com, transitioning the site to a modern, user-centric platform in collaboration with Bond & Coyne.

 

The project involved a full redesign aligned with SPW’s brand identity, accessibility standards, and mobile-first principles. I authored the proposal and business case, securing approval for a cost-efficient build that enhances client experience and streamlines content management. Working cross-functionally with design, tech, and legal teams, I helped shape a site that humanises our advisers, simplifies navigation, and integrates seamlessly with platforms like the cancellation portal and Atlanta app.

 

The project is now in its implementation phase, with compliance and cookie management being finalised.

As part of the SPW.com relaunch, I led the creation of a promotional video that showcased the platform’s enhanced design and client experience. The team developed the storyboard and executed animation and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring the final cut aligned with SPW’s brand standards and accessibility requirements.

Played a key role in the design and UX development of the MY SPW mobile app, a secure digital platform enabling clients to view investments, access documents, and contact their advice team. Working closely with a designer, we ensured the app aligned with SPW’s brand and accessibility standards. The app launched in April 2024 as a pilot to 1,000 ‘Digital Trailblazers’, offering biometric login, real-time valuations, and secure document access.

 

I also contributed to the creation of support materials and collaborated with compliance and tech teams to refine the user journey.

I designed a POC for SPW’s digital business card solution using Figma Make for prototyping and visual design, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for deployment and automation.

 

The project includes mobile wallet cards for Apple and Google Wallet, photo-based JPEG cards all linked to personalised bio pages with QR codes for instant contact sharing. I built the HTML templates and cloud pages within Salesforce, enabling seamless integration with CRM workflows and marketing journeys.

 

This initiative will not only enhance client experience and brand consistency but also support SPW’s sustainability goals by reducing paper waste and streamlining digital engagement.

I led the end-to-end delivery of multiple websites for commodity-focused companies using Joomla and WordPress, tailored to meet diverse localisation needs.

 

Starting from budget scoping and stakeholder alignment, I managed everything from wire-framing and UX design to CMS configuration and plug in integration. Each site was built with scalability in mind, supporting multilingual content and region-specific compliance. I collaborated with teams across design, tech, and marketing to ensure seamless deployment and brand consistency.

 

These projects helped clients improve digital visibility, streamline content workflows, and enhance user engagement across global markets.

For the Formula One Management Data Screen Challenge, I designed a dynamic interface that transforms raw race data into a visually immersive experience. The concept enables users to access key F1 data areas with intuitive ease—featuring swipeable panels, filtered navigation, and real-time telemetry overlays.

 

I integrated live broadcast feeds, multi-camera views, audio streams, and race-day publishing tools to enhance audience engagement. A standout feature is the Hot Spot Steering Wheel, which overlays driver inputs—throttle, brake pressure, gear shifts—onto live car camera footage, allowing viewers to see and feel what the driver does in real time.

 

This design not only delivers insight but heightens suspense and excitement, aligning with the challenge’s goal to elevate the fan experience through data visualisation.

As part of a creative pitch for Red Bull’s Las Vegas activation, I designed a vibrant side panel concept that visually echoed the roll of a dice—capturing the city’s iconic energy and unpredictability. The design featured bold, high-contrast colours and dynamic shapes to evoke movement and chance, aligning with Red Bull’s adrenaline-fuelled brand identity. I focused on user engagement and visual impact, ensuring the panel could stand out in both digital and physical formats.
